About us
ProCare Home Help Services provide a tailored made home help service suited just for you. By giving us your requirements, we will work with you to ensure we do more than just basic cleaning. We can help with general housework, changing beds, washing, ironing, shopping and this can be arranged on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Errand running, making telephone calls for you, picking up medication, having a cup of tea and simply just having a chat, are services we also offer.
We will liaise with family members to ensure you have the best service for you. Payments can also be set up via bacs payment system, so there’s no need to worry about paying the staff each visit.
We cover Kings Heath, Kings Norton, Northfield, Barley Green, Edgbaston, Harborne, Quinton, Moseley, Hall Green, Shirley, Solihull, Wythall and many other surrounding areas in the South of Birmingham. We do not cover the city centre.
We are dedicated to being a reliable and dependable friendly service, giving you the same staff, each visit to enable you to build that trusting relationship.
All our staff are directly employed, expertly trained and managed by us;we are not an agency.
We will provide you with the same staff, on the same day, and at the same time.
Daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly visits available.
Fully insured and DBS checked.
Carpet cleaning
We use the latest products and equipment which will guarantee fast drying.
Sanitiser and deodoriser used on every carpet.
We specialise in one offspring cleans and hoarders cleans, we also offer a double clean to help get you started.
Covid 19
We are continuing to follow Covid working guidelines. We will continue to wear face masks if you would like us to and always hand sanitise to and from each home. We will ask if we can open the windows to give us good veneration in the home to stop the spread of covid.
