About us:

Mopheads have been providing domestic cleaning, ironing & laundry services in the South Birmingham and Solihull area since 1995. 

Our cleaning services are booked for a minimum of 2 hours per visit and can either be weekly or fortnightly. We prefer to send the same person for each visit so that you know who will be cleaning for you. You will have the same day and time each visit. To book a clean call the office and we will pop out and introduce ourselves and check your requirements and then organise a member of the team at a day and time that we agree with you. All our staff are fully insured and reference checked. 

We offer payment by cash, cheque, credit/debit card and BACS. We will also liaise with a family member to enable the payment arrangements to be made by invoice. 

If you require a one-off or spring clean, they can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours per visit up to 6 hours, to cover the bigger jobs that don’t need doing every week. 

Our laundry and ironing can be booked as a regular collection or just call as and when you need us. 

All our ironing and laundry is undertaken on our premises so there are no cooking smells, cigarette smoking or ‘Fido’ sitting on your clean washing! 

We have worked with older clients since we started and provide a reliable and friendly service. All our staff are directly employed by Mopheads, and we are a Real Living Wage employer.  

We  are dedicated to providing super-fast laundry services at our new, purpose-built facilities on Yardley Road, we can collect and deliver your laundry in just 24 hours. Mopheads now has a whole fleet of vehicles dedicated to getting our expert team out to you, whether you need door-to-door ironing or a full spring clean. 

We’re accredited by the Good Business Charter, the Domestic Cleaning Alliance, the Living Wage Foundation, N.A.L.I  and the FSB.
