Mark Kearns is a sole trader with 30 years’ experience. Mark will undertake all general property maintenance tasks himself from plastering, painting both internal and external, repointing, installing new guttering, soffits and fascia’s. No sub-contractors are used and Mark personally ensures that every job is finished to the highest of standards.
Plastering and Re-Skimming
MEK are experienced plasterers who will complete all plastering works.
Fascias and Soffits
MEK will install new soffits and fascia’s and repair your existing ones
Guttering
MEK will install new guttering for you, and repair your existing guttering.
Painting
MEK will undertake all painting works both internal and external.Mortar Re-pointing
MEK will cover whole house re-pointing to smaller jobs.

Mark did a really competent job of repairing our brickwork, he worked continuously, and cleared all debris, leaving everything very tidy. Of course, he covers the basics: comes when he says he will, and gives a fair and accurate estimate for the work. Mark gives one the feeling that he is entirely trustworthy. He and his excellent mate did an amazing job this week: in just half a day they had a transformational effect, painting the front exterior of my terraced house and plastering a ceiling. They are great blokes to have around - polite, funny, hardworking - and their work is excellent. They left the place very clean and tidy.
