Wills
Making a will need not be as daunting as you might think. The process can be quite straightforward and provide you with peace of mind that your wishes will be carried out. Lasting Powers of Attorney
An LPA is a legal document that allows you to appoint someone that you trust to make decisions on your behalf about your property and financial affairs. This could be at any time in the future when you no longer wish to make those decisions, or may lack the mental capacity to make these decisions.

An LPA must be registered with the Office of The Publican Guardian before it can be used. Hayley will draw up the LPA and register it at the Office of The Public Guardian for you.

Probate
When someone dies their estate needs to be administered and a Grant of Probate may have to be obtained. The administration of an Estate is often a time consuming and complex process at a time when you may need to grieve.
